These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Kediritoto ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kediritoto.cam ("Platform", "Website").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery, and any promotional features — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a User's Account, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins equivalents, or other incentive amounts credited to a User's Account under active promotional terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, meaning the process by which the Company verifies a User's identity, age, and residency using documentary evidence.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

• "Prohibited Person" — any individual who is (a) under 21 years of age, (b) an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the Company, or (c) a resident of a jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an account on Kediritoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Kediritoto strictly prohibits access to persons under 21. Age verification will be required during KYC and at any point the Company deems necessary.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or be subject to any regulatory exclusion order that applies to your participation in online gaming.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information at registration and maintain its accuracy at all times thereafter.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the circumvention of applicable financial regulations.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Kediritoto Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

At the time of registration, and subsequently upon the Company's request, Users must provide:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport);
• Date of birth confirming eligibility under the 21+ age requirement;
• A valid, actively monitored email address;
• A valid Malaysian mobile telephone number;
• Residential address, including postcode and state within Malaysia.

The Company reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Any activity conducted through a User's account — whether authorized or not — is the responsibility of the registered account holder until the Company is formally notified of unauthorized access.

By using the Kediritoto Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human access methods to interact with the Platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, harvesting data, or circumventing security measures.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from any component of the Platform.
• You acknowledge that all games on the Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third parties. You will not make fraudulent claims regarding game outcomes.
• You accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. The Company makes no guarantee of winnings.
• You will not attempt to exploit system errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be reversed.

Kediritoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa, Mastercard, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM20 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts. Deposit processing times are typically instant for e-wallets and 5–15 minutes for bank transfers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account, or to a method that has been verified by the Company's compliance team. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The User's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal;
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be satisfied in full;
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the User's available withdrawable balance;
• The account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance holds or fraud investigations.

Withdrawal processing times are estimated as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (FPX/DuitNow) — up to 3 business hours; cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) — 15 to 45 minutes subject to network congestion. These are estimates only and may vary during peak periods.

The Company reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding RM10,000 or where transaction patterns raise compliance concerns under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, birthday rewards, and referral bonuses offered by Kediritoto are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement between 15x and 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only hold one active bonus promotion at a time. Opting into a new bonus before completing an existing one may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games contribute a lower percentage, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Refer to each promotion's specific terms for contribution rates.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus Active: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per round is RM20 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds expire within 30 days of crediting unless a shorter or longer period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
• Abuse and Fraud: The Company reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold bonus winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms is suspected or confirmed.
• Birthday Bonus: The birthday bonus is available to eligible VIP-tier members once per calendar year. Tier thresholds and bonus amounts (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP Diamond: MYR 2,688) are subject to revision by the Company with reasonable notice.
• Referral Bonus: The MYR 38 per successful referral reward is credited upon the referred friend completing registration and a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements. Self-referrals and referrals between connected accounts are prohibited.

All bets placed on Kediritoto are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. Users cannot cancel or amend a placed bet except where the game mechanics explicitly allow it (e.g., pre-match bet cancellation windows where offered).
• For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other markets — the Company's trading team reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any market where there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or data feed errors.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or power outage — the Company will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and resolve any dispute fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets in progress at the time of failure may be voided and stakes returned.
• All slot game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG system. Published RTP percentages represent long-term theoretical return rates over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheel) in a controlled studio environment. In the event of a dealing error, burn card procedure, or equipment malfunction, the affected round may be voided at the discretion of the live dealer studio operator.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to win for the accumulator to be paid. If one or more legs are void, the accumulator is recalculated at reduced odds based on the remaining valid selections.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Kediritoto Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same or different identities;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or financial fraud;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an account;
• Employing any betting strategy, arbitrage method, or bonus exploitation technique designed to guarantee profit by abusing promotional terms;
• Using third-party software, betting bots, or automated scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at support staff or other users via any channel;
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users without authorization;
• Any other conduct that, in the Company's reasonable judgment, constitutes a violation of applicable law or the spirit of fair play on the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the age or eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under the Responsible Gambling Policy;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring account action.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance (i.e., cleared real-money funds not subject to active bonus restrictions) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any pending investigations. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon account closure for cause.

Users may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

All content on the Kediritoto Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game software interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations ("Content"), is the property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any Content for commercial purposes;
• Creation of derivative works based on any Content without prior written consent;
• Use of the Kediritoto brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without express authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising in connection with the Platform;
• Interruptions to service, technical failures, or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, payment processor outages, or force majeure events;
• Any decision to wager, and the financial consequences of any gambling outcome — the User bears full personal responsibility for all wagering decisions made on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Company's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Kediritoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling features are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may cap the maximum amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or longer) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the selected period.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data by Kediritoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

The Company applies industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and secure data storage practices — to protect User personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Full details of data handling practices are set out in the Privacy Policy.

The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect User rights or obligations — the Company will provide reasonable advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — including clarifications, typographical corrections, or changes required by law on short notice — may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to the relevant regulatory or arbitration body as designated by the Company's licensing authority.

Users are not prevented from seeking recourse through applicable consumer protection mechanisms available in their jurisdiction of residence, to the extent such rights cannot be contractually excluded.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company does not accept jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for disputes arising from activity that would constitute an offence under Malaysian law. Users accessing the Platform from Malaysia do so entirely at their own discretion and risk.
